Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

FlowForge is built local-first, so this policy is short by design: the app runs on your Mac and your automation data doesn't come to us.

What the app collects

Nothing about your workflows. FlowForge executes entirely on your device. Your workflows, the data they process, and your credentials stay on your Mac. There is no FlowForge server that receives, stores, or analyzes them. The app contains no analytics or telemetry that reports your usage back to us.

What leaves your device

Only the specific network calls a workflow you built makes — for example connecting to your own email server, an AI provider you configured, or an API you specified. Those requests go directly from your Mac to that service, not through us. See our Security page for detail.

The website

This website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal data or use invasive cross-site tracking.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, and tax, and processes your card details under their own privacy terms — we never see or store your full card information. We receive only what's needed to manage your subscription (such as your email and subscription status). See Paddle's buyer terms for how they handle payment data.

Your data, your control

Because your data lives on your Mac, you control it directly — export it, delete it, or move it at any time. Cancelling a subscription never deletes your local workflows or data.
