Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the FlowForge application and website. FlowForge is operated by QuantFit — the software company of Andrew Esparon, based in Seychelles (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Free trial

FlowForge offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, a subscription is required to keep automations running and to receive updates and support.

Subscription & billing

  • Subscriptions are flat-rate — there is no per-task or per-run metering.
  • You can pay monthly or annually; annual billing is discounted.
  • Billing renews automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
  • Applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from the account-management link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current paid period. Your local workflows and data always remain on your Mac.

Refunds

FlowForge includes a 14-day free trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee after you subscribe: if you're not satisfied for any reason, email hello@ffstudios.app within 14 days of your payment for a full refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

Delivery

FlowForge is digital software delivered as a download for macOS. After you subscribe, your license activates in the app you've downloaded — there is nothing physical to ship, and access is immediate.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use FlowForge for the duration of your subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the application except as permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for the automations you build and the services you connect them to, and for complying with the terms of those third-party services and with applicable law.

Disclaimer & liability

FlowForge is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or your automations. Because workflows run on your machine and can take real actions, you are responsible for reviewing what they do — human-approval steps are provided for exactly this reason.

Complaints

If something isn't right, email hello@ffstudios.app. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and to resolve it within 10 business days. For payment or billing disputes you can also contact Paddle directly using the link in your order confirmation email.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
