We want you to be happy with FlowForge. This policy explains your free trial, our money-back guarantee, and how refunds are handled.
FlowForge starts with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required up front, but you are not charged during the trial — the first payment is taken on day 15. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing, so you can be sure it's right for you.
Email hello@ffstudios.app from the address on your subscription, or use the receipt link in your Paddle order confirmation email. You don't need to give a reason. We aim to approve eligible requests within 2 business days, and Paddle then returns the funds to your original payment method (banks typically take a few more days to post it).
Your purchase is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to the original payment method used at checkout. You can also contact Paddle directly about any order using the link in your order confirmation email.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the account-management link in your Paddle receipt; cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll make it right. See our Terms of Service for full billing terms.
FlowForge is downloadable macOS software. As soon as your payment completes we show you your license key on screen — entering it in the app you've already downloaded unlocks your subscription immediately. There is nothing to ship. Because your workflows and data live on your Mac, cancelling or refunding never deletes them; they remain on your device.
